Alliance for Skills and Knowledge to Widen Food Sector-related Open Innovation, Optimization and Development

ASKFOOD plans to revolutionize the food industry through a multifaceted approach. This includes the creation of Cross-Industry Knowledge Platforms, an Open Innovation framework for higher education, and innovative mapping of training programs. The project aims to forecast future skill needs with an Interactive Atlas and contribute to a dynamic food education environment through a Permanent Observatory. Recognizing the opportunities and challenges in the food and drink industry, ASKFOOD seeks to modernize skills and competencies to align with the evolving landscape, while addressing threats like skill dispersion and passive educational interactions.
